Shipping policy

Delivery within Great Britain

We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, British Forces addresses or destinations outside Great Britain.

Delivery charges and timing

Standard delivery is currently free. Any applicable delivery options and the total payable are shown before you place an order. Product-specific dispatch and delivery information must be provided before purchase. Unless a different delivery time is agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days.

An order containing several products may arrive in separate parcels. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or your nominated recipient, unless you independently appoint a carrier we have not offered.

Delivery problems

If an order is late, missing, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact truehavenstore8@gmail.com with your order details. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier; you do not need to resolve the problem with them yourself. Your statutory rights, including cancellation or a refund where the law permits, remain unaffected.

Please check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Dispatch does not remove statutory cancellation rights. See our returns, refunds and cancellation policy.
