Information and purposes

We receive the contact, delivery, order and enquiry information you provide. Shopify and connected services also process payment confirmations, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser information and store interactions. Payment providers process payment details; do not send card details by email.

We use information to fulfil orders and handle returns under our contract with you; to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations; and for legitimate interests in answering enquiries, securing the store, preventing fraud and resolving disputes. Where consent is required for marketing or tracking, consent is the applicable basis. You can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Services and recipients

Shopify hosts the store and supports checkout, payments, security and customer accounts. TeemDrop and delivery providers receive information needed to fulfil orders. The store has Omnisend email/SMS marketing, Shopify Messaging, Meta/Facebook & Instagram and TikTok integrations, Kaching Bundles, and other store-management, review and merchandising apps. Connected services may receive information relevant to the features you use and their permissions; an installed integration does not mean you have subscribed to marketing.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may use store interactions together with information from other merchants for its enhanced services, including personalisation and advertising. See Shopify’s consumer privacy notice and privacy portal for its separate processing and choices.

Cookies and marketing choices

Cookies and similar technologies support essential store functions and may support analytics, personalisation and advertising. Use the cookie/privacy controls on the website to manage your preferences. Non-essential advertising tracking requires consent under applicable law. Email marketing preferences are separate from purchase and cookie choices. You can unsubscribe through a marketing email or contact us; order and service messages may still be necessary.

International processing and retention

Shopify’s configured data hosting region is the European Union. Shopify, TeemDrop and other providers may also process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

We retain order and accounting records for applicable legal requirements, and enquiry, account and dispute records for as long as needed for their purpose or to establish or defend legal claims. Marketing details are retained until you withdraw or they are no longer needed; limited suppression information may be kept to respect an opt-out. Actual retention can depend on legal obligations and an unresolved complaint.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above; we may need information to verify your identity. You may complain to us and to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Providing delivery and order details is necessary to process a purchase; optional marketing consent is not. Our shopping services are intended for adults. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. If this notice changes materially, the updated version will identify the new date and we will provide further notice where required.
